The Jedi Temple Community

The Temple of the Jedi (aka Jedi Temple or JT) is a very small community, centered around education, connection, and communication with people interested in living, to some extent, the life of a Jedi Knight.

Originally, this site's mission was to create a multi-site council, comprised of the leaders of several small Jedi sites, especially those who had an educational focus. Our place in online Jedi history is recorded at JEDI's history site.

For many years, it was a thriving (some years more active than others) community of people interested in the ideal portrayed by the Jedi of the movies and books. We had several affiliated groups of various types where training, discussion and a fair amount of fun was consummated daily.

Like all things in nature, it grew and contracted - eventually dying out, despite some heroic struggles by both long-time members (and organizers!) and newcomers. Today it remains a small, quiet backwater, generally undisturbed by events in larger sites. Ideally, it will remain so, a place for serious students of the Force to gather to rest, commune, think, and prepare.
